The flagship of Breg's cold
therapy product line, the Polar Care 500 offers a low cost, portable and simple to use
product for continuous cold therapy. The unit includes a low voltage submersible
pump with in-line thermometer and flow valve for temperature control. In-use, the
pump is submerged in the cooler and connected to a Polar Pad with self sealing couplings.
A wall transformer or optional auto adapter or battery case provide power to the
pump.
Applications include:
Post operative use
Immediately following injury or trauma
Before and/or after physical therapy sessions
Athletic cold therapy needs
